They were born
They breathe in & breathe out
They shared a life
They’ve dwelled for a while
They laughed, sometimes needed a cry
They inspired
They lit up
They shone down
They struggled
Yet didn’t survive
To those departed loved ones
Making a memory for once
Is a thousand and one night in an instant
